Seals of quality

Quality is the signature of Fidancia

All along its extended professional career, Fidancia has been known for offering their services with maximum quality, exercising organization, commitment, and environment adaptability among others. This is why in 1999 the company decided to certify their quality management system.

What do these seals mean?

Quality system certification includes the AENOR Certificate of Company Registration and the license to use the AENOR Registered Company brand all throughout Spain as well as the IQNet Certificate and the right to use the IQNet brand internationally.
By making use of these brands, Fidancia is making clear that its quality system is based on a culture of quality in keeping with the ISO 9000 standard and demonstrating its willingness to provide efficient and effective solutions to the needs and expectations of its customers.
The essence of the Fidancia’s challenge lies in implementing and fulfilling this standard in order to guarantee to its customers that they are using a service committed to the environment. To this end, the staff is aware of the issue and has been working together for a long time on taking clear steps towards systematizing environmental management processes: recycling paper and cardboard; using energy-efficient light bulbs to reduce the consumption of electricity; and buying organic and fair trade products for our office. By implementing this standard, Fidancia intends to extend these activities to include, among others, the recycling of plastic and ink cartridges, and the responsible use of heating and air conditioning.
