The target of FIDANCIA S.L. organization is the Environment perseveration and a Quality services that reflects the expectative of each client. Then, the firm will insure a long term success. Because of that, it establishes, declares and assumes the following principles:

1. The efficiency of the Quality system and Environment is the result of the planning actions and the systematic PREVENTION, DETECTTION, CORECTION AND THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT during all the cycle.

The contractual requirements, the wishes and the client’s necessities are the principal criterion to establish a quality standard of our services: management charges, classification and commercial operations insurance, litigious management and finance. Like the tradeshows management and the agent’s management. As a consequence, we would establish the necessary resources with the client to feed he is expectatives and requirements.

3. The QUALITY and care of the ENVIROMENT are the usual works of all the areas company. Because of that:

We will provide the necessary resources to implement and keep the Quality system and the Environment.

At the same time, we will consider the valid legislation in the planning of the actions that can have a significant environment impact.

5. We will collaborate, when it would be necessary, with the different administrations, just like with no governmental organization and public and private entities, to search solutions to the environment problems suggested.

6. We would facilitate an intern communication to favor the management Quality System and Environment, with transparent criterions. We would also facilitate, in relation with the environment aspects, the information with the achievements targets and works in process , to  interested extern parts (clients, suppliers, neighbors, groups and associations), when they request.

7. This politic application demands an active integration of all the company human team. To carry out this, the direction considers that the priorities are THE FORMATION AND MOTIVATION.
